Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

Refunds
